The bulk load tool and supporting web interface, enables program administrators to efficiently upload user information into their firm’s database, and assign courses, surveys and outside training to multiple representatives, for seamless data integration.

The bulk load feature was designed specifically to offload the complex and time-consuming process of individually importing single sets of data into a firm’s program directory. By automating the upload process, Quest CE provides firms with the control to launch their complete compliance program in minutes, rather than hours.

To begin, users are prompted to input their students’ information into a customizable data file. Program administrators can be as generic or detail-specific as needed, with options to assign unique reporting identifiers and program greetings to single users. In creating these identifiers, administrators have the ability to track individual and/or branch progress more easily by creating customizable reports that contain detailed information. In addition, program greetings can be edited per individual profile to include rep-specific instructions, such as training deadlines and announcements.

Once the student details have been loaded, program administrators have the ability to bulk load courses, outside training and/or surveys to multiple student profiles through the firm’s live directory. In addition, firms can also bulk assign new hire training, procedure updates, as well as policy attestations. For additional training and tracking options, administrators have the ability to allow all, or certain individuals, access to Quest CE’s firm element course library, insurance course library, and/or the annual tracking feature.
