The Rigley’s decided to take on this Freddie Mac investor Chase Short Sale after a year of the seller trying to seek approval without an agent. You can imagine the problems that occurred. For whatever reason, they were bounced around from one Chase Short Sale representative to another, and after escalating the file to the Chase executive office the Rigley Realty Group was able to get the file back on track. BUT, no more than a week later they were told the file was being denied. So what did the Rigley’s do?  They decided to go directly to Freddie Mac. With precise and detailed notes they were able to explain to Freddie Mac not only why the file should be reopened but why it should be approved. And Freddie Mac agreed. Not only did the Chase Short Sale department issue the approval letter, they waived their right to seek deficiency and gave the sellers $3000 in relocation assistance. How great is that?
