s Platinum Gospel Series, but the stories and historical events behind the music. Christian Minstrel Pioneers will take an in depth look into each of these groups and artists who have played a major role in the shaping of gospel music we enjoy today. “The Dixie Hummingbirds”
will be the focus on episode one of Christian Minstrel Pioneers followed by the renowned Rev. James Cleveland, the driving force behind the creation of the modern gospel sound. Sonorous will debut the radio program on the “Dixie Hummingbirds”
