Calltrunk today announces an agreement to integrate its cloud based call recording and management system into Interview Coordinator’s Applicant Tracking & Interview Management Software.

The service will enable Hiring Managers to automatically link a recorded telephone interview to the database record of the prospective candidate. The telephone interviews can then be instantly shared, reviewed and graded by key campaign contributors and decision-makers from any location and any web enabled device.

Therefore, this new service will greatly increase the ease and efficiency of picking the right candidate. The ability to easily record all interviews and make them instantly available on-line, to all the people involved in making the hiring decision, will increase comprehensiveness, save valuable management time and enable better-informed decision-making.”

The companies are well advanced in the technical integration of Calltrunk’s click-to-call recording functionality with Interview Coordinator’s SaaS platform. When the system launches it is likely to be the first such service available to the market.

Interview Coordinator intends to make an announcement about the launch of the service in April 2013.

The companies have also announced their intention to include ARGOsearch analytics into the second stage of the integration project.

The introduction of ARGOsearch (a conversation-search and analytics technology created by Calltrunk) will further increase the efficiency of  the interview management process by enabling instant highlighting and review of relevant recorded interview information.

ARGOsearch enables the instant search of key words from recorded audio and video content. In a time-pressed environment it enables key stakeholders and decision-makers to advance directly to specific interview information and responses captured in the recorded interview.

This will lead to more efficient and successful processing of recruitment and human resourcing activities.
