Downtown Markham Continues to Build World Class Experience

MARKHAM, Ontario - March 26, 2013 - PRLog -- The Remington Group announced this week the signing of two additional retailers to their phase 1 development at Downtown Markham.

The first half of phase 1 will include about 90,000 SF of premium office space above a 170,000 SF retail podium and parking for approximately 1500 cars. The second half of phase 1 will feature a full service hotel and two residential towers alongside additional retail space.  When complete, Downtown Markham will be the pre-eminent location for dining and shopping for those living in, working in or visiting Markham and the GTA.
