Southwest Florida Chapter of Florida Public Relations Association holds Local Image Awards reception

FORT MYERS, Fla. - March 25, 2013 - PRLog -- The Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) will recognize the best public relations, communications and marketing efforts in Southwest Florida at its 2013 Local Image Awards reception on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Base Operations at Page Field, 5200 Captain Channing Page Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33907. Those wishing to attend must RSVP by April 5.

The Local Image Awards competition is conducted annually to recognize outstanding public relations programs in Southwest Florida and to encourage and promote the development of public relations professionalism in our area. Entrants must demonstrate innovation, planning, design and execution within budget. The four categories are: Public Relations Programs, Printed Tools of Public Relations, Audio/Visual/Online Tools of Public Relations and Student Public Relations Programs.

The Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association is dedicated to programs and activities that enhance the success of public relations professionals in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, and Glades counties.
