Argentinian Chef Federico Perez Diaz Returns “Home” at Argentinian Steakhouse

March 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Federico, after leaving his native Argentina 15 years ago, has worked in some of the best restaurants in Europe, before his curiosity and the quest for knowledge brought him to the UK. He led kitchens at, amongst others, MyHotel in Chelsea, Selfridges and most recently at Hippodrome Casino at Leicester Square.

As could be expected from a country with the highest consumption of beef in the world, the menu features a broad range of steaks (http://comedorgrillandbar.co.uk/argentinian_steak_in_london.html), divided into Classic, such as filet or sirloin, and Comedor Special cuts, such asAsado de Tira and Vacio (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asado) .
