The restaurant which opened in September 2012 is part of the Alea, the leading city-centre nightspot which in turn is owed by the world renowned entertainment group which employs 80,000 people across the globe from its Las Vegas base.

Mark Hands, venue director at the restaurant said Omer had been selected for his outstanding contribution to the unique atmosphere which has made the restaurant a must not only for the city’s foodies but those looking for a night of ‘affordable glamour’.

He said: “Omer’s achievement is thoroughly well deserved and to be recognised across a group that employs so many people world wide shouldn’t be underestimated.
