With no lease-up fees to owners, in-house maintenance, and a paperless business model, Full Service has been able to keep costs to owners at rock bottom levels. Coupled with a strong rental market in the Seattle metro area, the result has been increased cash flow to their owners.
Full Service PM is owned and operated by Peter & Ruth Nelson, who own a portfolio of rental houses and apartments themselves. “We are a property management company built by owners for owners. As owners ourselves, we keep a keen eye on the bottom line of each property we manage.”
Full Service PM started offering its services to clients in Seattle, South King County, and the Eastside, but has recently expanded into North Seattle and Snohomish County. Its main target market is 1-4 unit properties and small apartments with less than 50 units.
