FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - March 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Jay Leno has another offer on the table -- and this one's not from NBC. A burger restaurant named Jaws Jumbo Burger in a Michigan suburb is offering Jay his very own location in Burbank, for his retirement from "The Tonight Show" next year.
This story actually has a little bit of history to it. As a token of gratitude for Leno coming up to Detroit for a free comedy show in April of 2009, the restaurant decided to then name a double-patty burger with bacon, mushrooms and swiss after him. They didn't stop there, offering him and his wife Mavis a chance to come back up to Michigan to try the burger for free (plus the cost of airfare and the hotel room). Jay still hasn't got back to the restaurant, but that isn't stopping them from trying.
The burger company, which currently only has one location, told Jay that he could move his restaurant wherever he likes. So what do you think: is this a viable second career for Jay Leno?
