Cydcor Holds First Health and Wellness Fair for Team Members

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. - March 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Cydcor announced this week that it recently held a Health and Wellness fair for its nearly 100 internal employees.  The event took place at Cydcor's headquarters in California and was the first in Cydcor's history.

Cydcor hosted the event with the idea to provide team members with access to providers and vendors who could assist them in their goals relating to health and wellness.  The event also included a team member raffle, and a drink and snack booth.  There were 18 different vendor service types who participated in the Cydcor Health and Wellness Fair, and all had a wide variety of information that they offered.  The information that was provided to Cydcor team members including information on the following:

·       Smoking cessation

·       Ergonomics and massage

·       Oral Care

·       Yoga Information

·       Ergonomics, massage and spinal screening

·       Financial freedom

·       Germ education

·       Start table with goodie bags and raffle cards

·       Healthy snacks

·       Travel options

·       Membership information and granola bar samples

·       Fitness evaluations, nutritional education, and body fat screening

·       Neck and back safety and support

Everyone who attended had a wonderful time.  “What a day we had!” exclaimed Chief Operating Officer Vera Quinn. “This type of wellness day really demonstrates our commitment to the overall health – physical and emotional – to our team members. We want to ensure that they have the information they need about their health decisions right at their fingertips; we want them to be as best as they can be.”
