Power Design, Inc. Awarded New River Yacht Club Ft. Lauderdale’s Newest Downtown Residential Tower

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 22, 2013 - ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Power Design, Inc. has been named as the electrical contractor on New River Yacht Club, the first residential tower awarded in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. in the last five years.

Partnering with Suffolk Construction and The Related Group, Power Design started construction on the 249-unit luxury project, which is slated for completion in 2014.  New River Yacht Club will feature a private club room, a game room, a state-of-the art fitness center and a pool with an outdoor bar.
