The white paper Measuring the safety climate in organisations has been published in association with the Health and Safety Laboratory and aims to ‘reduce injuries and cost through cultural change’.
The report includes two major case studies, including the exploration of safety culture on the massive construction projects associated with London 2012. One of the report’s authors, Dr Caroline Sugden, was involved in the safety culture work at the Olympic Park.
The co-authors of the white paper are Health and Safety Laboratory’s Karen Roberts and head of health and safety consulting at Cardinus Risk Management, Mark Preston.
