Free Immigration Workshop Will Offer Latest Information on New Immigration Rules and Programs

DALLAS - March 22, 2013 - PRLog -- As an educational service, Badmus Law Firm will host a free immigration informational workshop on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 from 6:30 p.m .to 8:30 p.m. in Dallas.  Individuals who want to learn about new immigration rules and proposed immigration programs should attend.

Workshop attendees will gain a better understanding of:

• The Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program for young immigrants, including the latest updates and benefits of this program
• The new Family Unity Waiver Rule that can help certain parents, children and spouses of U.S. citizens get green cards without long separations from each other
• Proposed immigration reform laws and how to prepare for legalization if immigration reform passes

“Immigration rules can be complicated and confusing for the general public, and there is so much misinformation in circulation. Our goal is to separate fact from fiction and  provide the right information to immigrants,” said Ann Massey Badmus, Attorney and Founding Member of Badmus Law Firm, PLLC.

The workshop will be led by Attorneys Angela Lopez, Katrina Moore, and Adetokunbo Olowo, and is open to the public.

It will be held on March 27 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Jupiter Gardens Event Center, 11325 Pegasus Street, Dallas, Texas 75238 conveniently located off LBJ Freeway.
