Coreland Companies’ Adds Elaine Seaholm, CPM to Property Management Team

TUSTIN, Calif. - March 21, 2013 - PRLog -- TUSTIN, CALIF. – Coreland Companies is pleased to announce that industry-veteran Elaine Seaholm, CPM has been hired as Regional Real Estate Manager.  Seaholm will manage a portfolio of commercial developments positioned throughout the Inland Empire, as well as guide a management team and support personnel in Coreland’s Corona, California office.

“We are very fortunate to add Elaine to our property management team,” said Coreland Vice President of Real Estate Management Cheryl Todd, CPM, CCIM.  "She is extremely well-versed in retail, industrial and office management, and will bring a wealth of knowledge to her new leadership role in Corona.”

Possessing over 20 years of real estate and asset management experience, Seaholm will be responsible for client, vendor and tenant relations; lease negotiations and construction management; financial analysis and reporting; operating budgets, and capital expenditure forecasting and procurement.

Seaholm served as Vice President, Asset Manager for RREEF Real Estate (Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management), prior to joining Coreland Companies. She also previously held the role of Director of Real Estate Asset Management for Watson Land Company where she was responsible for the management and lease administration activities of Watson’s 11.7 million square foot building portfolio.

Seaholm, who resides in Fullerton, Calif., earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Redlands. She holds a California Real Estate Salespersons license and has achieved the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
