NOTTINGHAM, U.K. - March 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Expert coach Jo Higgins-Cezza has filmed a series of videos to introduce the concept of Resilience in the workplace and how it impacts motivation, morale and performance amongst both employees and leaders.

As Jo explains…

“The modern workplace is very stressful, so it’s vital that managers and leaders develop a greater level of Resilience amongst their staff in order to ensure they are well equipped to handle periods of change and upheaval. Unfortunately, the concept of Resilience is widely misunderstood and so most companies never take the time to invest in proper Resilience training. As a result, they miss out on all its benefits.

“That’s why I’ve filmed a series of videos to introduce the concept of Resilience and how leaders and managers can start developing it amongst themselves and their staff. My goal here was to both explain what Resilience is and set out some easy ways managers and leaders can start exploring it for themselves. After viewing these videos, I’m confident more companies will start investing in proper Resilience training and we’ll see a significant drop in work-related stress.

“Anyone who’d like to start exploring the videos just has to visit www.starperformertraining.com.”
