Taqueria Tsunami Donates $3000 to The Georgia Red Cross Supporting Local Disaster

MARIETTA, Ga. - March 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Taqueria Tsunami Latin-Asian Kitchen presented The Georgia Red Cross a donation in the amount of $3000 to fund local disaster relief efforts.  Throughout the year, Taqueria Tsunami allocates a portion of select taco sales towards an annual donation to the cause.

“It has been a remarkable first year in operation, and we are happy to be able to give back to the community that supports us,” stated Scott Kinsey, Owner and Chef of Taqueria Tsunami.

The check presentation took place at Taqueria Tsunami in Marietta Square located at 70 South Park Square, Marietta, GA 30060.  

“We’re grateful that Taqueria Tsunami Latin-Asian kitchen is making its annual donation to the Georgia Red Cross, “ said Terri Badour Duckett, CEO of Georgia’s Red Cross. “This enables the Red Cross to respond immediately by providing food, shelter and other essentials to individuals and families impacted by local disasters.”
