The new single, engineered and co-produced by Yaotl MC 10 Eagle, continues in the creative vein of what Aztlan Underground calls Native Noise Core. The track is a textural soundscape of off-beat rhythms and poetic drones of love for life. When asked about their influences in creating this new sub-genre, the band members offer up the following quote:
"Glorious preceded by the futurist poets and audio painters beautiful with violence daring with rebellion and illuminous with the animation of genius…..the art of noise" - Francesco Ballila Pratella (Oct. 11, 1910)
The spring equinox witnesses the equal balance of day and light. For many ancient cultures it represents the male and female forces, procreation, and new beginnings. The spring brings an outburst of life and a chance to begin again. According to the Mayan "Tzolkin" calendar, the spring equinox supports the idea of renewal with greater wisdom and a stronger grasp toward one’s purpose.
