The Art of Lyrical Expression
March 14, 2013… At The Stage from 6pm -10pm
Virtuous Creations, partners with Chef Max for The Art of Lyrical Expression, presented by Motivational Edge and DJ Irie Foundation to support South Florida’s youth. An amazing event took place at The Stage last week Thursday March 14, 2013 to raise funds for local children, who express their individuality through song, poems and expressive rap lyrics. “The foundation reaches out in the community to improve the lives of South Florida youth through educational and extracurricular opportunities that may not otherwise be available” stated by DJ Irie.
An abundance of food filled the bellies of many of the supporters around the Art District and surrounding areas. This foundation serves the children through mentorships, graduation, and scholarships to further their education while staying in the program.
Virtuous Creations decorated the outside area with illuminating lights, adding their flair to the tables floral and décor, to set the scene for the kids to express their talents and guests to enjoy. Drinks, food, décor, giveaways and vitamin water were available all night from the vendors who came to support the youth as well.
