PRLog (Press Release) – March 18, 2013 – On August 28, 2012 M.I.K.A. World Media Group announced their association with Tom Carter Productions, LLC for the production of “The Christmas Miracle”, a feature film for release in Christmas 2014. Agreements were signed by both M.I.K.A. World Media Group and Tom Carter Productions, LLC on August 27, 2012 and production was to begin on September 10, 2012.
Funds were advanced by Tom Carter Productions, LLC to M.I.K.A. to facilitate the loan procurement and to be given to Mr. Ezzard Charles Rolle of Be Sure Offshore Ltd. Tom Carter Productions, LLC was guaranteed by M.I.K.A. and their officers that all funding through Be Sure Offshore Ltd had been finalized and would be released on September 10, 2012.
Funds have been promised to Tom Carter Productions, LLC since September 10, 2012 and nothing has been given except for promises by M.I.K.A.’s Manager, Mr. Amin R. Washington.
Included in the lawsuit are M.I.K.A. World Media Group, Amin R. Washington, Coontie K. Washington and Greg Cook. Documents are also being released to the State Districts Attorneys in Florida and California for possible grand theft and possible conspiracy to commit fraud.
M.I.K.A. World Media Group was formed to work in all forms of media including recording, film and concert tours. The majority of all employees that were hired to head the different divisions have left the company.
