Electric Nights At CVD Signals New Focus on Youth

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 18, 2013 - THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. -- Thousand Oaks, Calif.--For the second year, teens will have more to do at Conejo Valley Days (CVD) than just go on carnival rides. CVD, which takes place May 2 through 5 at Conejo Creek Park South in Thousand Oaks, will host Electric Nights with DJs, stage and light show.

         "We received a lot of positive feedback last year from teens and their parents when we held our first EDM experience," says David Sanford, president of CVD's youth committee. "This year will be even better."

         Electric Nights will be held Friday and Saturday, May 3 and May 4 from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. each night  and feature 12 different DJs. "Many of the DJs are locals like Justin Johnson and Jeremy Foster, some are from Los Angeles," says Sanford. "The setting will be crazy. We'll have over 60 LED lights on the stage and on the trusses."          

         Electric Nights is included with CVD admission. "We also plan to have DJs at the free motocross exhibitions that are taking place at CVD," says Sanford.
