StylSavvy Revolutionizes Fashion Shopping and Organization

SAN FRANCISCO - March 19, 2013 - PRLog -- (San Francisco) StylSavvy, an iPad app for fashion shopping and wardrobe organization, announces the launch of its latest version.  StylSavvy users can shop over 100,000 products and nearly 1,500 brands from leading retailers like Macy’s and Saks.  One distinguishing feature on StylSavvy is how it displays products in scrolling rows according to apparel type thus allowing users to shop the complete look.  Shoppers can easily and quickly discover new ways to combine clothing, shoes and accessories by simply scrolling through hundreds of items in minutes.  

Another powerful shopping feature is the StylSavvy Search. "StylSavvy Search refines the product selection to a specific outfit,” said Style Savvy’s founder, Rebecca O’Dell.  “You can shop any outfit style.  For example, search all white blouses, all black leggings, and all red heels from any combination of stores, brands, sizes, and prices.  Then scroll through the results to find the best design and cut for your body and style. The ability to refine products at this level lets you create the exact look that you’re after, adding more excitement to the online shopping experience.”

There are two features for wardrobe organization: the Closet and the Style It area.  The Closet is easy to build.  As products are purchased from the stores they are automatically added and the user easily adds pictures of their own clothing, shoes or accessories.

Style It is a unique feature that allows the user to add clothing, shoes, and accessories to mix and match visually styling the perfect looks. It is a virtual dressing room where the user can combine products from multiple stores and items from their Closet to either create new outfits or complete outfits from pieces they already own.

More StylSavvy features include receiving push notifications when any of the stores have sales, letting the user share their favorite products on Facebook, Twitter or by email, and a separate Shopping Cart which directs the user to check out securely through the retailer’s website before returning back to StylSavvy to continue to shop or to organize their wardrobe.
