Acuity Institute Releases a New Online Training Course, Facilitation Foundations

DENVER - March 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Acuity Institute’s School of Business Leadership is pleased to announce the release of a new online training course, Facilitation Foundations.  Facilitation, in Latin, means “to make less difficult.”  As such, the role of a facilitator is to take complex concepts and break them into digestible parts.  The aim of this course is to introduce techniques of a skilled facilitator and provide the learner with the tools and processes for all types of facilitation.  During this course the learner will come to understand why many facilitated sessions fail, not because they aren’t technically sound, but because the facilitator does not effectively lead the process of facilitation and simply impart information.
