2nd Live Forum Q&A
LONDON - March 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Inspired by recent community discussions, The Wholesale Forums is hosting a Live Forum Q&A on Starting Your Own Online Brand. The online event which is being supported by the UK Government & Enterprise backed Business in You campaign, will also end with an exciting giveaway to lucky participants.
Starting your own online brand is not an easy feat but there are certainly countless benefits of owning your merchandise and not being limited or dictated by existing big name brands.

After a successful Live Forum Q&A last year on Importing from China, The Wholesale Forums (http://www.thewholesaleforums.co.uk/) (TWF) is hosting another round of Q&A’s featuring community and industry experts. The session will revolve exclusively around the topic of Starting your own Online Brand from scratch in 2013 and will happen on 20 March, from 12-1PM.

The one hour live discussion is expected to help several new startups in finding their own space in a very competitive market. “I can save beginners thinking it’s a cheap easy thing to do, to not make beginner mistakes and waste money. I can help with advice on suppliers, I would be happy to introduce them to suppliers as long as they are serious” notes TWF member & panelist Paul Brown of Anthony & Brown clothing.

Other expert panelists include author and marketing strategist John Hayes, ecommerce blogger, Dave Furness , eBay expert and author, Amanda O’Brien, iwoca’s account manager, Robin Jones, Business In You representative and Cube Social CEO, Linda Cheung,  TheSocialPro founder, Mike Tinmouth, Tracey Johnson from Barnsley Development Agency and TWF member Oliver Lawrence of OJS (UK) Ltd.

“We are very excited to be hosting our first Live Forum Q&A of 2013 following such a successful event last year. More than ever, our community’s interest in starting their own brands is increasing. This is much to do with the growing competition and constantly changing rules in online marketplaces like eBay and Amazon. In order to grow, online sellers need to brave new territories and explore new market opportunities,” comments Lace Llanora, who is the Community Manager at The Wholesale Forums.

The Wholesale Forums which was first founded in 2004 and has grown to become the leading resource for wholesale buyers and suppliers in the industry with now over 100,000 registered members, is collaborating with Business in You (http://businessinyou.bis.gov.uk/), a government and Start-up Britain backed incentive to get businesses started.
TWF is accepting questions ahead of the Live Forum Q&A. Follow The Wholesale Forums UK on Facebook (http://facebook.com/thewholesaleforums) and Twitter to find out more.
