AQI Exhibits at ASQ 2013 Lean Six Sigma Conference

March 17, 2013 - PRLog -- AQI recently exhibited at the ASQ Lean Six Sigma Conference in Phoenix, AZ on March 4 & 5, 2013. The conference had approximately 400 international attendees. During the two days of the conference, the AQI exhibit saw strong traffic, including several engaging discussions with customers and partners.

AQI founder Dr. Jeff Robinson was also an invited speaker at this year's conference. His presentation "Creative Applications of Failure Mode Effects Analysis" was a huge draw with almost 150 attendees. The presentation reviewed the traditional FMEA methodology and then introduced three different case studies on how FMEAs can be modified with startling results. All of these variations were based on real examples of FMEA applications from actual Six Sigma projects. Guidelines were also provided to show how and when modifications to the FMEA process can be safely applied without compromising the robustness or effectiveness of this important tool.
