Nuqul Group and Injaz implement a new model for attracting volunteers

March 25, 2013 - PRLog -- To encourage the culture of volunteerism and spread awareness among employees, Nuqul Group and in collaboration with Injaz organized a workshop at Nuqul Group’s head office that introduced Injaz new model with the private sector aimed at supporting entrepreneurial projects in the field of job placements.

The CEO of Nuqul Group, Salim Karadsheh opened the session and emphasized the importance of working with the community while commending Injaz initiatives and their work with youth. Karadsheh also shared his personal experience and involvement with Injaz programs such as the company course, business leaders campaign and generations dialogue program.

Injaz expert in the field of volunteerism, Mohammad Khalil conducted an introductory workshop for Nuqul Group employees and acquainted them with Injaz programs in universities, a practical approach that enticed potential volunteers to know more about their role in the future. The interactive session involved exciting ice breaking exercises followed by several activities such as role playing, team building and creative thinking. Khalil emphasized the importance of volunteerism that is driven by passionate commitment and he commended Nuqul Group’s employees for their enthusiasm and their interest to be part of such an important program.
