The Brew-Tek crew is comprised of two main individuals that split duties between them. The Director of Brewing Science, Joachim Mekoum is an American and German certified Brew Master & Brew Engineer. Joachim has the knowledge and expertise to design and implement an excellent brew house and take it to the next level of brewing.

Jack Jent is head of marketing and sales. His skills and knowledge have taken him around the globe with many products and ideas. Last year the two of them set up the Chicago Brewery in Zhuhai China, which Jack manages with his staff.

Together, they have over 18 years of expert brewing experience. The Brew-Tek crew will be headed to the Craft Brewers Conference in Washington D.C. which is being held between March 26-29.
