Cornerstone Managing Partners Announce Contract Management with Quail Gardens Corporate Center

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 15, 2013 - ENCINITAS, Calif. -- Cornerstone Managing Partners President Tom Brooks is pleased to announce Cornerstone's recent consultant agreement for the Contract Management of Quail Garden Corporate Center project in Encinitas, California. The commercial project fell victim to recent economic pressures and is being resurrected by its current owners.  

According to Tom Brooks, "we have been asked to review all costs associated with completing the project and to work the ownership and their consultants establish base line construction costs including reestablishing permits to complete the project". Located on the North side of Encinitas Boulevard, near the intersection of Quail Gardens Drive, Quail Gardens Corporate Center will encompass 33,000 square feet of office space available for rent in 2013.

Architecturally, the building will have a contemporary expression, with simple roof forms, abundant windows, sensitive landscaping and a scale responsive to its neighborhood context. The development will also implement sustainable design strategies including natural day-lighting, operable windows, energy efficient lighting and mechanical systems including a rainwater collection system.
