John has an extensive background in insurance - helping small, medium and large businesses in developing comprehensive risk management programs. He is a graduate of the Boston College School of Management. He keeps up to date with the latest happenings in the insurance arena with ongoing training and continuing education courses. He resides in Gloucester.
