Business Health Services Acquires Raleigh Assistance Program Book of Business

 
BALTIMORE - March 18, 2013 - PRLog -- BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – Dawn Motovidlak, President and CEO of Business Health Services, a privately-owned Behavioral Risk Management company, today announced the acquisition of all direct EAP employer contracts from Karen Untz, CEO of Raleigh Employee Assistance Program (REAP), Raleigh’s leading provider of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) solutions.

The decision to enter into the alliance was made after careful consideration of the values, mission, product lines and services provided by both companies. United by a common business culture, the new alliance between BHS and REAP maintains the commitment to deliver personalized services and brings increased overall program functionality along with cutting edge technology and better access to individual care to existing REAP customers.
