Xtraice: Calendar of exhibitions

MIAMI - March 15, 2013 - PRLog -- The philosophy of Xtraice is transparency and it is for this reason that the company values its presence at events of this sort to present their ecological ice rinks. Any visitor can practice ice skating to test the glide level and the quality of the panels.

On the 8th and 9th of March, Xtraice exhibited at one of the world’s most important hockey exhibitions, “Let’s Play Hockey” in Minnesota. Xtraice has had an enormous welcome; thousands of people visited the stand to get to know the product which has revolutionized the plastic ice market. This exhibition welcomes fans, professionals and legendary figures from the hockey world.

From the 12th to the 15 March, Xtraice will have a stand in Atlantic City at the largest exhibition for children’s summer camps, which combine both learning and fun. At this exhibition, the professionals of the sector are looking for new prospects for fun and leisure time for children. The ecological ice rinks are an alternative to consider for this kind of activity for different reasons. Firstly, ice skating is an activity that is highly recommended for children because it helps them to learn how to balance correctly; it improves their concentration, physical resistance and strengthens their lungs and heart, amongst other benefits. Additionally, the material used to develop Xtraice’s ice rinks absorbs tumbles better than conventional ice, which makes it perfect for children. Finally, one must keep in mind that children’s play facilities are needed during the summer.  This would usually be a hindrance to practice ice skating or ice hockey, but thanks to the technology of Xtraice which allows the ice rinks to be used in extreme conditions, the children will be able to enjoy this sport at any time during the year.

At the end of the month, from the 15th to the 24th March, Xtraice will visit the National Home Show exhibition in Canada. This exhibition centres around home based projects, for the interior and exterior. Xtraice has a special product named “Xtraice Lite” designed for people who wish to practise this sport in their own home. The product is made with flexible panels which allow for easy and secure mounting during the installation of the ecological ice rink in the garden, the garage and the basement. For this fair, Xtraice will exhibit a 1,200 sq.ft ice rink.
