JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - March 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Safety First CPR & Safety Training, LLC has partnered with Paradigm Tactical Training Group to bring this important course, which is designed for the average everyday woman.  

This course is being offered THIS SATURDAY, March 16, 8:30-12:30 at 6045 Greenland Rd.  Cost is $40 and registration is required at www.womensafety.eventbright.com.

The course tactics are easy to learn, easy to remember and easy to employ in the stress of a violent encounter or the subtle aggression of a “date rape” scenario.  The basics of this system include situational awareness, preventive measures, risk reduction, legal issues, alternative weapons, empty hand fighting techniques and avoidance information.  Being more aware and confident significantly reduces your chances of ever becoming selected as a target of aggression.  The instructors from PTTG have a combined 22+ years' experience in Law Enforcement and they are both SWAT team members for their respective agencies and are highly qualified to teach this course.
