The first workshop held on March 24, will include a foot health clinic and a “Ask The Doctor” session, for Back On My Feet members both residential and non-residential. The workshop will be structured around informing and educating the runners on proper foot health and techniques in order to keep their feet fit and healthy - and to avoid injuries during running. “With over 70% of runners getting injured at some point during their running career and with many of the BoMF runners being under-insured with limited access to preventive medicine, I am honored to share my knowledge and empower the runners and members of Back On My Feet” - Dr. Emily Splichal.
