Bournemouth Property Association AGM

March 13, 2013 - PRLog -- THE AGM of the Bournemouth Property Association saw a record breaking turn out on Wednesday 30th January.

Despite the wet weather almost double the usual attendees braved the conditions to convene at 7am at AFC Bournemouth.  The AGM was held immediately prior to the BPA’s January breakfast seminar regarding Green Energy which was attended by a phenomenal 87 members and guests.

Speakers at the event were: Greg Dix from Savills, Giles Cooper from Anesco and Alex Simmons from Saffery Champness.

The Committee also elected as part of the Constitution and members who were successfully re-elected were: Suki Samra (Lester Aldridge – BPA Chairman), Eleanor Collins (Lester Aldridge), Alexandra Eaton (Bournecoast Property Agents), Carlie O'Neill (Tanner & Tilley), Roger Wareham (Saffery Champness), Mike Pennock (Savills), Simon Anslow (Princecroft Willis), Andrew Singleton (Inspire), Chris Sheppard (NatWest), Simon Welch (Faithful & Gould), Stewart Baynham (BFS) and Roland Gilbert (New Way).

The BPA extended a warm welcome to the three new committee members: Nigel Soloman (Bennington Green), Christopher Kane (Greendale) and Richard Mussell (Rund).

The BPA is proud to have over 300 property professionals as members based in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area, with members from across different sectors, to include surveyors, solicitors, architects, agencies, planners, construction companies etc.  The members attend regular monthly meetings which alternate between formal and informal events.  The next formal event is due to take place at the end of March.
