STAY WITH MICHAEL ESSIEN AT SLOANE HOUSE, A COMLAND GHANA PROJECT.
In June, 2012, Michael Essien, the Ghanaian Superstar and current Real Madrid player, was unveiled as the face of Sloane House. The project immediately commenced to be completed in 14 months. Michael Essien committed himself to become a resident of the future Sloane house. Today, Michael Essien is asking all football lovers and his fans who want to have an everlasting closer relationship with him to own properties at Sloane House. In the words of Michael Essien, “I have owned properties but owning a property at Sloane House is like experiencing two worlds at one place, for the Sloane House gives you the European feel as well as the Ghanaian feel. The facilities in the building far outweigh the cost. ”
Slone House is a project of Comland Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of MF Holdings Limited. It is located at West Airport residential area, 5 minutes’ drive from the Accra mall, 5 minutes’ drive from the Kotoka International Airport, 15 minutes’ drive from the Central Business District. It is a five storey 17- apartment housing project. The Architect for the project, George Mohasseb, on listening to Michael Essien also added his voice saying, “With Sloane House, we not only aim to cater to the need but we want to offer a high-end luxury and modern comfort that will become a beacon to follow.”
The Sloane House has been structurally designed in accordance to earthquake ‘seismic’ requirements. It also has double walls to provide sound and thermal insulation, double glazed low e-windows and frameless class type balustrades and balconies. It also comes with concealed split unit for living and dining area. There is a water treatment tank and an excellent security arrangement though the area itself falls within the secured enclaves of Accra. Beyond all these, Sloane House has some extras such as the children’s playground, rooftop swimming pool, rooftop tennis court, rooftop recreational area and a spa. Additionally, the Sloane House project is built following the International Building Code, Environmental Protection Agency of Ghana and the Engineering Consultants Group.
Speaking on “Stay with Michael Essien,” the Business Developer, William Ansah exclaimed,” We are yet to find a suitable competitor in the construction industry in Ghana who can raise such a structure without a single percentage compromise on durability and quality of materials, long term guarantee of customers serenity, plus a flexible payment terms.”
Comland Ghana will continue to dazzle Ghanaians with first class residential apartments in selected parts of the country in the years to come. It is common knowledge that the Housing deficit in Ghana now stands well over one (1) million houses with a current annual supply between 30,000 and 40,000. Comland Ghana therefore sees the provision of more houses as a necessity for Ghana’s development.
