Helen Y. Carlsen Joins RE/MAX Alliance Group

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 12, 2013 - SARASOTA, Fla. -- Helen Y. Carlsen has joined RE/MAX Alliance Group as a Realtor in the University Park office. An Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), she focuses on real estate investments, snowbird transferees, first-time home buyers and military relocation. She is experienced in foreclosures and short sales.

Carlsen has been a real estate professional for 17 years, including 15 years with RE/MAX Center in Grayslake, Illinois. She holds a Florida real estate sales license and Illinois broker license. She is a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals and has earned the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked as a mortgage loan processor for nine years in Virginia and Tennessee.

Her real estate expertise, professionalism and strong customer service skills have consistently brought her recognition in her field. She has earned the 1999 Century 21 Centurion Award, the Lake County Association of Realtors Lifetime President’s Club Award and the Illinois Association of Realtors Lifetime Achievement Award, and has been a member of the Century 21 Masters Club (2000), RE/MAX 100% Club (2001 - 2006) and RE/MAX Executive Club (2007 - 2009). She has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, which recognizes top producers who have achieved more than $1 million in gross commission earnings during their career with RE/MAX.

A native of England, Carlsen studied at the Ealing College of Higher Education in London. She has been a military spouse for 28 years and has traveled throughout Europe. She supports the Children’s Miracle Network and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
