Since 2010, ILF has provided thought-provoking discussions and interactions in a TED-style format that fosters collaboration. This year’s theme is “Building the Enterprise Innovation Function.” The daylong conference includes presentations and workshops designed to spark new thinking among leaders at organizations like Dow Chemical, The New York Stock Exchange, Pfizer, Cargill and the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Past attendees have used these events as networking opportunities and as a source of novel and transformative insights for running innovation programs at their own organizations.
