His experience includes work in emerging markets and new technologies with particular emphasis in the areas of email delivery, storage and archiving, records compliance management solutions (supporting Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA, among others) and data storage management solutions, health system throughput and process automation and contract lifecycle management solutions. He has expertise in the life sciences, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and government sectors.

Dawson Horn III is an experienced attorney with both an in-house and law firm background.  Broadly, his expertise lies in complex commercial litigation, insurance and products liability.  Most recently, Horn was Senior Litigation Counsel with Tyco International where he managed a complex litigation docket, a large toxic tort docket and an insurance recovery docket.  In addition to his litigation experience, Horn also has a substantial transactional background, having been procurement counsel at Scott Paper Company and Campbell Soup Company, as well as having led corporate transactions for United Auto Group and Danone.
