Dr. George M. Orr to give public lecture on colon cancer screening

GEORGETOWN, S.C. - March 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Georgetown, S.C. — Colon cancer screening will be the topic of a free public lecture by Dr. George M. Orr at noon Wednesday, March 20, in Murrells Inlet.

Orr, a physician with Waccamaw Gastroenterology, will speak at Wachesaw Conference Center, Room 2, across from Waccamaw Community Hospital. Orr’s talk is being hosted by Georgetown Hospital System.

The event will last about an hour and include opportunities for participants to ask questions. Lunch will be served. Space is limited.
