Press Relase Pro-Willits Bypass Rally 3/13/13

SANTA ROSA, Calif. - March 12, 2013 - PRLog -- PRESS RELEASE 3/12/13 WILLITS BYPASS SUPPORT RALLY

The Operating Engineers Local #3 and several other organizations will be participating in a rally in Willits to bring attention to the benefits that the Willits Bypass Project will bring to Mendocino County and the surrounding region.　 The rally will be at downtown Willits from 9-noon and is open to anyone who supports the Bypass. Our message is simple; good local jobs and great environmental stewardship can co-exist.　 The Willits Bypass project will put hundreds of people to work in Mendocino County and millions dollars will be injected in to our local economy as this project moves forward.　 These dollars will help the local economy while fixing a huge traffic and transportation problem for the whole North Coast Region. Over 2,000 acres of previously unprotected land will be put into open space that will be protected forever and the Willits Bypass will be built with as minimal impact as possible.
