Steve Auten, Vice-Chair, Hatch-Waxman & Biologics Litigation Practice Group at Cozen O'Connor (formerly Chief IP Counsel at Sandoz) and an emeritus member of ACI’s Hatch-Waxman Advisory Board recently commented on his very popular Linkedin group, The Hatch-Waxman ANDA Litigation Forum that “[t]his is the premier Hatch-Waxman event of the year.” Auten went on to say “I can't recommend the program highly enough, which is filled with great content from true subject-matter experts.
