Dedham Savings to Host Homebuyers Seminar
March 27th @ 6:00 PM
(Dedham, MA) –Dedham Savings is delighted to announce that they will be hosting a Homebuyers Seminar. This Seminar will be of interest to First-Time Homebuyers and those who currently own a home and are thinking of selling and buying again. The Homebuyers Seminar will be held on Wednesday, March 27th, 2013 from 6pm – 8pm at Dedham Savings' Main Office (55 Elm Street, Dedham). The goal of this Seminar is to assist, educate, and prepare attendees as they compete with other buyers in the marketplace. Due to the dramatic changes in the lending process, Loan Officers, an Attorney and a Rea l Estate Broker will address the issues of the market today. Other areas to be highlighted are: tips for a seller, tips for a buyer, pre-qualification, credit, ratios, condominiums, special programs and how to create a Team that works for you!
