The judging panel has been announced for the fifth annual TMT Finance Middle East and North Africa Awards 2013, which recognises exceptional achievements by Middle East and North African telecom companies, and their banking and legal advisers, and will be presented in Dubai on April 23.
The 2013 panel, which represents key figures from across the telecom, financing and advisory community, consists of:
