When the judge asked David Tognoni if he had any questions for the witness, Patricia Tognoni he said, “Yes I do.” His question to Pat was, “How did you suffocate Wes? Did you use your hand or a plastic bag?” The entire courtroom erupted. With the pound of the gavel, Mr. Tognoni heard, “Four months in county jail for contempt of court”. “But your honor I have my 17-year-old son Gary at home that I am taking care of” he told the judge. The jailer was handcuffing him again as the courtroom cleared, all except the judge, the jailer and him. “You are participating in extortion,” Mr. Tognoni told the judge. Now, he really did have contempt for the court on his face and the judge motioned to the jailer to get him out of there. Back in jail again!
