PRLog (Press Release) -
Mar. 12, 2013 - SHREVEPORT, La. -- Over the past few years while showing homes and/or land in the Shreveport, Bossier City and surrounding towns, Stacey Taylor has noticed so many local animal rescues working 24 hour days to make a difference in our communities. She has often run into them while being at the vet, grocery store, pet stores and other places - all having families and many times a full-time job but determined to help these animals that so many people abuse, neglect and dump either on the street or at a local shelter. These rescues operate on donations from amazing citizens of your community that step up and are willing to help make a difference! She begin to research the overpopulation of animals in the United States and was appalled to realize as a nation we spend over 2 BILLION dollars on shelters because of the unwanted animals - and this is just money we can document and track.
Since her research and talking with various local animal rescues, Stacey Taylor has decided that for each house/land she sells, she is donating 10% of her commission checks to a local rescue. Her clients will have the ability to pick from a list she has compiled of rescues in the Shreveport and Bossier City areas to include Ninna's Road to Rescue, LA Baby Mommas, Humane Society of NWLA and Bloodhouse Rescue. Stacey Taylor is hoping that with each donation, not only is supporting her community but also getting the word out about all the local rescues and their invaluable work for these animals.
