Inaugurating the event, Mr. Ammar Khayyat, President of JAMA, welcomed his guests, and said: “We would like to congratulate you, our valued members, on achieving this milestone in your career path. We, at JAMA take it upon ourselves to play a pivotal role in providing our members with the experiences and tools to help them excel and meet the market’s high demands and expectations.”
Mr. Khayyat added "JAMA provides its members with two scholarships every year that are fully sponsored by Morgan International which contributes, among other training activities, in meeting one of its goals of improving the standards of accountants in Jordan".
During the celebration, JAMA revealed its future goals and upcoming initiatives and training courses for 2013.
It is worth mentioning JAMA is a non for profit organization, and an amalgamation of two creative concepts : delivering programs and to raise and upgrade the standards of accountants in Jordan on the one hand, and establishing a strategic partnership with the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA)in Jordan on the other.
