KOSBE Award Winner Recognized by Tennessee Secretary of State

As professional photographers, Christy Steadman, Jennifer Bolling, Cristy Eagan and Becky Jones (aka “The Picsee Chicks”) operate the woman-owned business in downtown Kingsport, Tennessee.
