The 12th Kelvinator GR8! Women Awards

NEW DELHI - March 11, 2013 - PRLog -- One of the first and exclusive platforms that recognizes and honors women achievers, was held in Mumbai on Saturday. Kelvinator has been instrumental in shaping this event with their association over the past 7 years. Dignitaries from various fields attended this august gathering as they came together to celebrate the spirit of womanhood. Some of them included veterans like Sulochana Devi, Mala Sinha, mother daughter duo Shobha Khote & Bhavana Balsawar, Ramesh, Seema & Ajinkya Deo, Actresses Asin, Zarine Khan, Prachi Desai amongst many others.  The awardees included, Hon’ble. Smt. Shakuntala Devi who received the Golden Laurel award, the Lifetime Achievement Award was given to veteran actress Mala Sinha, the Golden Laurel – Cinema award was conferred upon Sulochana Devi, Alka Yagnik received the Kelvinator Coolest Woman award, Hon’ble Sushri Mamata Banerjee was awarded for her achievement in Politics; although she couldn’t attend the ceremony due to prior commitments. Other awardees included Farah Khan, Asin, Seema Deo, Tina Dutta, Disha Vakani, Deepika Singh, Reema Katgi, Neeta & Nishka Lulla and Raveena Tandon. This beautiful evening saw power-packed performances by Prachi Desai, Zarine Khan and Gauhar Khan.
