The food and wine pairing options are – bacon, avocado pear and gorgonzola tortilla wrap with cherry and pineapple salsa paired with Zevenwacht 7even rosé 2012 and grilled chicken fillet with an Irish whiskey and rosemary sauce with Zevenwacht the Tin Mine white 2012.
Further options include calamari with apricot and paw-paw sauce served with fried potato skins paired with Zevenwacht Sauvignon Blanc 2012, traditional Irish stew with lamb, carrots leeks and potato paired with Zevenwacht The Tin Mine Red 2011 and steak and Guinness pot pie paired with Zevenwacht merlot 2009.
