Dispatcher at Mundelein Illinois Appliance Repair Company Promoted to Client Services Manager

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 8, 2013 - Mundelein, Illinois – Many businesses, including the appliance repair business, have an operations staff to handle tasks to keep the business running smoothly. This is also true at AAA Appliance Service Center, and with the growth they have been experiencing, they have reorganized the operations staff to have a Customer Service Representative department and a department manager.

Natalie was promoted in November 2012 to be the new manager in the Customer Service Representative. In addition to her new manager position, she is the acting office manager anytime the office manager or Chief Financial Officer is not present or unavailable. The active manager duty included covering for the office manager while the office manager was on maternity leave for part of December, all of January, and part of February.

Natalie brought her organization skills she learned being a veterinary assistant to her position at AAA℠ beginning in June of 2012. Since starting at AAA℠, she demonstrated her leadership skills and added value to the company. Her demonstration of her leadership skills as well as other changes at the company created the opportunity to be promoted.
